Have you ever wanted to learn how to create beautiful pasta from beginning to end? With so many shapes and varieties available, it's hard to choose which or where to even start!
I am currently running a number of limited pasta workshops and cooking demonstrations for an intimate group of five. Each class will commence at 11am and run for approximately 2 to 3 hours.
Keeping in theme with the hospitable nature of the Italians, I will be running these classes straight from my home kitchen located in Wembley Downs. We will kick off with a welcome drink before we dive into a lesson on perfecting your pasta dough, textures, techniques and even troubleshooting – because practice makes perfect! Rumbling stomachs will be kept at bay with a selection of antipasti provided throughout, and of course after our main meal, we will finish with coffee and cake.
Each class will have you learning to make either an egg pasta or a semolina pasta (an egg-free alternative) then finish the day to sit down to enjoy the meal together. You will also take home a box of fresh pasta and a recipe card to recreate the dish for your loved ones at your very own table.
At $115 per ticket, you will most definitely leave with a full stomach and a full heart. So let’s get cooking! Spaces are limited so book your ticket now.
